GIVEAWAYS
The organiser is the operator of vexdrop.shop ("VEXDROP"), see the Legal Notice on vexdrop.shop. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Discord or by any brand whose products are offered as prizes.
Natural persons aged 18 or older who are verified members of the VEXDROP Discord server. Team members of VEXDROP are excluded. One entry per person; multiple accounts lead to exclusion.
Taking part is free of charge and does not require a purchase. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
Press ENTER in the #giveaways channel or sign in with Discord on this website before the timer of the giveaway ends.
The prize and the number of winners are shown on each giveaway. Winners are drawn automatically and at random among all valid entries when the giveaway ends. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred.
Winners are mentioned in #giveaways and receive a Discord message. The prize must be claimed by opening a ticket within 72 hours. Otherwise it expires and a new winner may be drawn.
To run the giveaway we process your Discord ID and username (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Entries are deleted 30 days after the giveaway ends; winners are kept as long as needed to hand over the prize and for documentation. Winners are shown publicly with a shortened name. More in the privacy policy on vexdrop.shop.
We may exclude participants who manipulate the giveaway or break these terms. We may end or change a giveaway early for an important reason (e.g. technical problems or abuse).
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
